Refund and Exchange Policy
Free GLS Return Service
Please email us at eireworkwear1@gmail.com with your order details and what day is suitable for GLS to pick up your order and we will put in a request with them to collect your order.
In rare circumstances, GLS may fail to collect your order and we will rearrange recollection up to maximum of two times. After that, you are responsible to post the item back to us at your own cost or you may ring your local GLS depot about the pickup(link below) of your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days of delivery in a saleable condition and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment when you return the item to us .Any footwear returned to us must be in its original condition, including boxes and footbeds.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify upon opening the package (within 72 hours of delivery). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Damaged goods received must be returned before we can send you a replacement.
Goods can returned in store,through post or our free GLS Pickup service.

If there is no return paperwork with your parcel,please include a little note with your name,address,order details when returning your parcel. Also include the reason for returning and if you would like a refund and exchange( and what you would like the item to be exchanged for).
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3-5 working days once return is received. This excludes the 1-4 working day delivery.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse.
